Montana was suppose to call in an hour, he called within half an hour, gave an exact time to when he will be at site. To the minute, if they say one hour, it's exactly that. When he arrived he was super upbeat and friendly and wanted to make sure we weren’t cold and we’re ok. Extremely hard working and very attentive to detail to ensure no damages. Once we got to the Nissan service center he took care to detach my vehicle and have it parked in the proper location per the service managers request. Best customer service across any provider of any service I've used for a long time. Fast, courteous, professional, great communication, kind people to deliver great results. I didn't have to stay with my car with a dead battery to wait for them to tow it, they dispatched a driver and sent a payment link to my phone! I got the name and number of North Shore Towing from the service department of my car’s dealership when I unexpectedly had a malfunction this morning. The dispatcher I spoke with was kind and professional, and Larry, the incredible driver, can me to my aid quickly. After trying to remedy the problem on site to no avail, he promptly put my car on the flatbed, drove the most direct route to the dealership, and put me at ease the whole time. He was kind, knowledgeable, and personable, and made my safety and comfort a priority. We needed our car towed so we called North Shore, they gave us a approximate time of a half hour... He was on time, polite, helpful courteous and professional. Upon hooking us up, we found out we didn't have the exact amount for the tow, and we would have no way to get our car home, a new car for us that we just bought four days ago.... And mind you this was Dec.26th... anyways they worked with us on the price and we got our car home!
