    I was hunting for a replacement driver's side visor for my 2011 Ford Ranger. They didn't have one that I could use but pointed me in the right direction to find one. Saved me $180 since I didn't have to order one through the dealership. Straight to the point and didn't hassle me.

    Although the owner could not meet my need at this juncture, he kindly and accurately led me exactly where I needed to go, although the search engine I had been using was sending me miles away, he was able to direct me to the Ford dealership here in town, and they met my requirements overnight and with no cost!
