They gave me a fake 100 dollar bill when I sold them my car, the sale was for 450 on January 20th and the money looked legit at the moment but now that I took it out one of the 100 dollar bills is clearly fake. I still had the money stapled as they gave it to me, I know 100% it was them. Unbelievable.

After dealing with a few Off the Web we buy car companies... filled with the empty promises decided to call Novak in Oceanside. Friendly greeting from Greg on the phone , I was given a price and guess what ? They gave me what they said the entire transaction took less then 10 mins, not to mention I was told the truck would be at my house in 30 mins and they showed exactly at that time.Thanks that was painless for me 👍🏻

I'm disgusted and disappointed With Novak Auto CorpFirst they said they were coming st 6pm I got another phone call saying 8pm   He finally shows up at 9:30 which I was willing to wait but once he started to talk to me so disrespectful. He told me to come outside and give him the paperwork. I said no you’re to conduct business at my front door before you do anythingI was treated so disgustingly I feel bullied by him.  He hooked up my car before even coming to my front door to discuss the transaction and he spoke nasty to me continuously throughout the transactionHe told me he didn't have change to pay me and was going to leave without paying meI told him to take my car off you’re not leaving with my car without paying firstHe walked away from me and DID NOT UN HOOK MY CARI called their office and spoke with JimJim told the clerk to pay me $140 instead of $130 bc Jim said the clerk should have gotten change before he came and come to my door conducted the transactionAs I tried to again conduct the transactionThe clerk threw down on my my registration and refused to pick it up and walked awayI again spoke with Jim on how this clerk is so unprofessional and disrespectful and not remorseful.Jim said he had no control what the clerk says or does  Jim said to call back and speak with his bossAgain dealing with this clerkI ended up signing bc it's 9:30pm he threw down my money on the porch and walked away snickeringI called again trying to speak with the owner and I got Jim I told him I spoke to him yesterday Jim said I never spoke to him I said I wanted to speak with the owner and he said I had to hurry up and tell him what I'm calling about andAfter hearing that and from what I was put through yesterday I hung upThey don't care about their customers   They don’t have any respect.
