My Dad's truck needed a new battery so I went here to get one. The two gentlemen working there were polite and incredibly helpful, asking questions about the vehicle to determine the correct battery. Edward primarily helped me and when I completed my purchase, he carried the battery to my car. 🙂My experience here was pleasant, quick, and easy. ♡

I have used O'Reilly Auto Parts since day 2 they opened. I get all my auto paint there also. Like anywhere they make a mistake sometimes but will correct it if they do. Best Auto parts store around

Great to work with. The salesman made sure the headlight replacement was the correct part and even put them in for me. They for sure have my business in the future.

So I almost never wrote this review bc I lost the store business card I was given with James name on it. So glad I kept looking for it and found it bc he was so nice and helpful. I was driving from my mom's house in Florida by myself with my daughter(6), nephew(5) and niece(15) when my car light was on. I pulled over when I saw O'Reilly's to have the car checked hoping the light was nothing serious. James was so nice to the kids and me telling me it was my alternator I was so stressed, tired worried and sad. Here I am in Alabama with really no money to get car repairs and 3 kids. James helped me get my part and find a local mechanic in addition to telling me were I was 😊. If it wasnt for him I dont know what would of happened. There are some young guys working there right now. However, Elijah, Matt, James and the manager are first class parts guys. Our shop tries to exclusively buy our parts from these folks.

Great customer service! I've had multiple times where I needed a part driven to me within City Limits and they were more than willing to accommodate!

They are most helpful and friendly staff you could ask for. When I go in there I'm usually stressed because something has gone wrong with my car but their advice and assistance makes all the difference.
