Go see Caleb at the Galion store, he'll help you find whatever you need. Their staff is always helpful and will do whatever they can to get you back on the road. I highly recommend O'Reilly it's my choice for parts when I'm in a bind!!

My go to parts store. Better quality parts than any other parts store in my opinion. Ordered most of my parts for my car from here, other parts I get online. I always go with performance parts if available

Britney is extremely helpful she will take care of you they price match all their competitors and if they don't have the part you're looking for but they have the more expensive part they will price match that as well

Here Goes: came up here this morning because I was getting a part for husband. He was told last night by another store who didn't have the part that they would order it for him and it would be at this store today. That they would price match also. Husband even calls before I get there to make sure the part is there.I get there, there are no other customers. Workers are behind the counter but don't greet me. The rope is there for Covid-19 safety but there is one counter that isn't roped off. I think this is the one they're using since nobody greeted and asked to help me. I get nothing. About 15 seconds later, at the end of the roped counter I finally get "Hey I can get you down here"'Kevin' is his name and I tell him I'm there to pick up an item discussed between my husband and another worker and they agreed on price matching. Then Kevin gives the "well here's the thing look" and starts on how they won't price match because of how the item is too valuable and not as cheap as a simple brake pad. The whole crook, wanting just to screw people over kinda thing.I have my husband call the store while I am there. I tell Kevin that he is calling. Kevin jumps on the phone before he calls and then the other line rings. And rings. And rings. The other workers don't answer either. They just stand around. I tell Kevin he is calling him and he says "the phone didn't ring" ...HELLO? EVERYONE IN THE STORE HEARD 8-9 RINGS. I tell him him this of course. He answers on the next call.He then tells my husband that he is better off buying the part from the dealer because they refuse to price match. Even though the only reason they have it sitting on their counter at all is because it was ordered for us.

Really great service! My car battery was bad, and I needed a new one. I got there a few minutes before closing and asked the people there to check my battery to see if it was bad. (I didn't know at the time.) They checked it and said it was and then sold me a new one. I was planning on taking it home and putting the new battery in. It turned out the car wouldn't start because the battery was completely dead. The store had just closed, and I was left trying to change the car battery with a few tools but without a socket wrench. Two of the employees Brian and Brittany came out and changed the battery for me. They went above and beyond helping me out after the store had already closed. I cannot recommend this place enough! Definitely a fan of O'reillys.

Those guys really know there parts. The only place to go for best service and the right parts.

Order pushrods for my Ford 302. Was told they would be in by 4pm the next day. Called for several days and no pushrods yet. Staff unable to locate the order and never reordered so I would get them.
