The people working at this location doesn't know anything about vehicles and can not help you with anything about vehicles. They don't even know enough to sell the correct amount of oil to customer even though the computer tells them.

I used to go to auto zone till they kept giving me wrong parts one time I asked for a transmission gasket and got an oil filter in an unmarked undersized box??!! Anyways I got my refund and never went back the guys here are nice and knowledgeable and I've never had a problem 👍

First of all. Don't take your vehicle to a mechanic for a diagnostic test. It will cost you almost $100. They do the same tests at Oreilly for free. Cabot Oreilly ran a test on my vehicle and came up with spark plug or ignition coil problems. I had just changed the plugs so I went home and tested each coil with a multimeter. After finding that one of the six had very low readings I went back to Oreilly and purchased a coil. They couldn't find the one they said they had over the phone so they gave me a discount on the next highest priced coil. I put it in and my car is running perfect. These folks helped out tremendously and probably saved me a few hundred dollars. Thanks.
