    One headlight went out during my cross-country trip. I stopped in last minute and they had more than I needed. Employee was helpful and I bought the light and replaced it in only a few minutes.

    Excellent customer service. Every time. The guys are knowedgable and very helpful. They dont make you feel like you are bothering them like some of the other places in town. They offer a military discount if you remember to ask. Overall positive experiences there. The only place I go for my auto parts needs.

    I was broken down and stranded, very cold, and fighting an illness. Everyone at O'Reilly's worked as a team to help me find a new alternator and battery at an affordable rate and helped me throughout the entire day. They were knowledgeable and got me back on the road safely and affordably after a very scary series of events. I am forever grateful.

    Doug, and the other gentleman are the BEST, O'Reilly folks I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was towed in with a failed water pump, they provided the parts, antifreeze and belt. They were very helpful with the type of antifreeze my Dodge required as well as the qty, with the assurance, any product not used could be happily returned. Doug even came out to help "fish" my radiator cap from the body void. If this was the quality of employees O'Rielly had at all the locations. I would definitely shop for all my automotive needs with this company. Thanks for everyrhing guys we made it back to Tucson without any further issues. Lee
