The young man that assisted me with a driver's side door mirror was a great example of Exemplary Customer Service. He went above and beyond. A trait that is rare these days. I will be returning to this location for any future needs. I didn't get his name, but I know I saw Assistant Manager on his uniform

Will not go back, got freight charged on a special part (that manufacture did not have) and got $7 of the $25 refunded... at least AutoZone never ripped me off!!!

Ordered and paid for a fuel pump assembly 11/8/20 for a 1991 GMC that was to be delivered today (11/10) by 11:30am. Got to the store, no pump. They made phone call and was assured me it was on next truck at 1:30. Since I was 20 miles away I waited and it did not show up. I understand it not getting shipped the first time but to tell me they knew it was on the next delivery is what angered me. Wasted a bunch of time. Is your tracking ability that poor? Guy at the counter says it happens a lot. Wow.
