    Helpful and patient staff. The team really took the time to help solve a car battery problem, explained my options with my best interest in mind, replaced my battery and installed new wipers. I could not have asked for better help during an overwhelming situation. Would highly recommend!

    Ive had good and bad experiences here. Some of the guys are really good at finding parts and will work with you even search google with you to cross reference a part. And others hardly know what a spark plug is. So its a toss up sometimes really good sometimes its like you gotta there job for them. They are open the latest of any part shops in the valley so if its after 5pm their the only place that will still be open for a while.

    100% over and above the call of duty! Your day manager this last Saturday at your Hailey Idaho store saved my day. I was headed to perform for an event and my van filled with all my equipment vapor locked a mile away from the event when I shut it down to get directions. I called AAA, but they said a tow truck was 2 hours out. I knew all I needed was a can of starter fluid, so I thought what the heck I will call and auto parts store. Being a customer at the Twin Falls Idaho store I knew you guys had great customer service, but what your guy in Hailey did floored me. He told me he had a part can of starter fluid in his truck and would see if he could get it to me. 15 minutes later a young lady showed up and with one squirt I was on my way to my event.Now that's customer service! Thank you so much!!!
