I love the personalized service but I absolutely hate the wait sometimes you're waiting in line between 15 and 20 minutes which is not bad but it's not good either and believe me when it is my turn I appreciate them giving me their undivided attention for that I give four stars if it was not for that I would have given zero Stars I think mainly it's because I just hate waiting

Not friendly when I went in store. I feel cause I was a woman.I asked for help and they just stood there,I looked at them and they came over.Need to know where they kept screws for tag.. there was one man getting help by 3 two men and one was just standing listening..

The employees was rude and didn't want to help us at all. I thought they was suppose to run a diagnostic test and give you a print out. They didn't even want to run tge est. Then when they did wouldn't give use any info to try to fix our car. We may have bought parts right then if we could of got some help

Excellent service! Had several problems in the middle of a road trip including a flat tire and check engine light kicking on. The employee, Josh, was a tremendous help. He took care of us on all counts and went above and beyond with service. Can’t praise enough. Thanks for getting us back on the road, Josh. Highly recommend!!

Great service. Usually has the parts even a dealer cant get.

Customer service is terrible. I have to make several trips back to the store, because they give me the wrong parts.

They dont do a very good job they dont have any guidance you might stand there a hour before you can get help and there will be people there doing nothing better off going to next town for service
