This place is usually amazing, but sadly today there was only two young people there. The girl was extremely helpful but as for the red head guy, (didn’t catch his name) he was one of the most unhelpful people I’ve ever met. Walked away from helping me and my husband without helping to go talk to his friend.

I've been at this location a few times. I've never had an issue. Today I went in to buy an air filter for my truck. Rob assisted me in finding the right one, as well as installing it for me. Above and beyond helpful. Great service, I'll continue to shop here.

Definitely the best auto part store ever. The staff is extremely smart and beyond helpful, but even more they were so nice while helping us. The store itself had every part we needed without having to order ahead. If your vehicle needs work, this is the place to get the parts.

On 1/9/22 on a Sunday our motorhome broke down with a cracked fuel filter O'Reilly's did not have a fuel filter that fit Hannah the sales girl went way out of her way to locate a fuel filter for us without her help we would have been stranded on the side of the road thank you Hannah and O'Reilly's for your help

Worst service in my entire life. Talk about rude and their attitudes just showed they did not want me in the store and definitely did not want to answer any of my questions. Yes I am a woman of color and it clearly showed on the faces of the employees and customers. Me being me I was just as polite as I could possibly be before walking away I gave him a THANK YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY guess what I got no response as I knew I would get. People shouldn't work places that deals with the public if they can't put a mask on and cover the hate they have for others. I couldn't tell the difference of their skin color bring they were almost darker than I from being dirty. REALLY DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR AT ALL IBLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE

The men that work here are so gracious! We lost our oil cap in our car engine and they helped us get it loose, after they didn’t have the oil cap we needed. We would have had to drive 1 hr away for a new gas cap, but they saved the day! Went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you!

The only parts store I shop at. They are pretty knowledgeable and nice. The manager has helped me a few times now and if you're ever lost just talk to Lenard. I don't think there's anything he doesn't know.
