Andy in New London Store went above and beyond helping today, I was in a frenzied state of mind regarding a part I had to have in order to literally drive my car. He got it totally under control for me and was pro active in rectifying a solution! Way to go! For sure! Kudos Andy~

My boyfriend and I needed a new battery for his car. Couldn't find a particular battery he was looking for. Called many places and the answer was sorry we have to order it. We called O'Reilly's and the answer was we don't have it in stock but we will order it right now and you can come by in a few hours and we will install it for you. To me thats amazing customer service. We got there and a woman came out and took out the old battery and had a little difficulty putting in the new one, called for help but didn't give up until everything was exactly how it should be. For I think 5 bucks they Even dispose the old battery for you. We paid over the phone by calling in the car. Covid friendly service. Five star service in my book. We will definitely come again.

I don’t always review auto parts stores, but when I do it’s because they have great service. Came in town during a trip and was able to order the part I needed, over the phone, in the morning and pick it up in afternoon. The process was smooth and all the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. Most importantly they were patient with me as I needed to purchase additional items for my 4Runner.

Gasper from O’Reilly’s provided amazing service. He knows what he is talking about. My car broke down, and the store was like 30 minutes from closing he did all he could to figure out what was going on with my car and replaced the battery for me in such short notice. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know what I would have done. If I could give more stars I would.

I got three cars and I always shop on O’Reillys and everybody’s being so nice except one guy his name is Victor Plaza this man is so rude is unprofessional and it has no customer skills this is the second time i’ll be nice if I don’t half to see the guy again
