Once again I had to go to my local Sandusky, Ohio O'Reilly location in order to assist my teen daughter (Army National Guard) in obtaining a rack and pinion unit for her little car. We don't know much about vehicles so we were full of questions. Well lemme tell ya! Rick did not miss a beat. He answered all of our concerns and had the part right there for us in stock when other places would have made us wait! To make this long review short, it turned out that we didn't need the unit and Rick once again responded with the same courteous, kind demeanor with the return as he had with the initial purchase!
