Fantastic!!! NATHAN helped us find a replacement stud for our Kubota tractor . Autozone didnt want to help when we were there first. Oreilly is a lot better. Shout out to Nathan!!!!

Overall I've had good experiences with the place. I have, from time to time, gotten the wrong part before. While inconvenient, they've always exchanged it for the right one.

As many times I've been in this store, I can confirmly say this is the dirties and most un organized store I have ever been too, and I won't be back. Employees are probably catching staph infections on the daily, it's so filthy.

100%! The guy found a non standard cooling bypass hose I needed, cut it to fit, loaned me a pair of pliers so I could put it on and make sure it fit and would solve my problem. I almost always get the right part and good service at the vidor store.

I buy most of my auto parts here at O'Reilly's . They have a lot of employees working in the store during the day that can help many people so you can get in there and out quickly.

worker there justin was absolutely amazing. he came outside and made sure everything was alright. its workers like him who give businesses a good name. i was right at closing time and he sold me a belt and my truck wouldn't start so he told me to wait a few minutes to let them close up and he'd come out and help. after about ten minutes he went to grab his tools and he came back with a different set of clothes and tools and he went straight to it and it was a prayer answered. he got my belt put back on he saved me so much money from a tow and for someone to put it on. absolutely amazing customer service.

My friend’s battery was giving her fits. We ran by to see if they could figure out if she had bought the battery there previously, after about 1 minute of searching, Justin figured out she had. He also let us know that the battery was still under warranty. After we finally got the car jumped, we drove it over there. Justin was quick to come check the battery and then proceeded to help us remove it! He was very friendly and helped us throughly. I mentioned a review and he said they didn’t really mean much to the company. I think that’s wrong! They should be rewarded for positive feedback because it reflects back on the company. I’m typically an autozone customer, but Justin really did go above and beyond! Thanks for great service!

My choice in auto parts stores. These guys and gals are very knowledgeable and above all extremely helpful. They go above and beyond.

They matched the lowest price, saved me $4. Tested my alternator and have me advice on where to get my air conditioning fixed. Great customer service!
