A select group of employees have an attitude. Other than that, they are an OK store. Would not recommend to buy any of their tools, they're built like tonka toys!

Best place for lower cost stuff and the budget minded person. Some knowledgeable staff, some not so much, but can get tou what you need. For fluids, like oils, etc., I would just go to walmart across the parking lot to save money.

Great service!! The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable even new people! They have a diagnostic tool for foreign cars which is great!! They aren't over priced and are super helpful!! Absolutely recommend for any and all car needs! If they don't have they will order it and it won't take weeks either!! Great place!

Usually this is my preferred autostore in Waseca but for a while now everytime I go there the cashier disappears in the back and I have to stand around and wait for someone else to come help me. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes just to be checked out or get something ordered. Super unprofessional and fustrating when I'm trying to get something done quickly. If he doesn't want to work, fire him 🤷 Luckily, there's many other parts stores in this town that are more than happy to help me get what I need.

Ordered in a blower motor resistor for my vehicle, told it would be free pick up, and my total cost would be around 38$ when the part comes in. Picked up in store which was supposed to be free. They added almost 11$ due to having to order it from colorado. Why would your store, website and staff that i ordered it say itd be free to pick up if you were going to charge freight? Next time ill just pay a couple more bucks, order it directly through ford and pick up at my local dealership and not be charged 33% of the parts value just to get it in store.

O'Reilly carries over priced parts compared to major online parts stores. They don't carry OEM equipment that should be used. The staff treat customers like they're stupid. I clarified that information by asking some general questions and got bad advice. Anyways, half the price on the net without talking to idiots.

Apparently jude in the waseca store does not want customers very rude and gives vibe of go away. So I will use the other parts stores in town that does want my business

Pretty much has whatever your car needs, and if they don't, they can usually have it within 3 days. Little to no complaints!
