There are people who go to work and then there is those who stand out. Not only did Kolby help me change my headlight, he taught me how to do it myself. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond! He is one of the BEST associates I've met over the years!

This use to be my go to store for any auto part need. But recently my battery in my car went out and was still under warranty. So I brought it up to the employee and he wasn’t willing to do a thing for me when I know for a fact that they could have taken care of me. It’s just disappointing I had so much faith in these guys and then I find out later they could have done something. Save your money and take your business over to Autozone.

If lack of customer service was a poster child for O'Reilly's Auto Parts....this particular location would be it!To start,the people here walk around like they have a chip on their shoulder...their was a very unfriendly elderly man that was staring me up and down while I was in line....he very visibly didn't want to ring me up. Thank God I don't have to go back to the area anyway 🤧. I'd give this place a negative one star...just because I went to church yesterday!... literally the only reason.

The part I needed was over a week out- it was a driver's side mirror.I couldn't wait that long - it's Very hard to drive safely without that mirror!!Napa had it for me the next morning.

This was my first online order with in-store pickup. I was a little nervous as I saw just about every employee not wearing a mask during Utah’s record spike in Covid-19 cases, and I am also a high risk individual. As I approached the counter, the super nice gentleman that acknowledged me put on his mask before interacting with me. He was professional, courteous, and very friendly. Thank you for the outstanding service! I’ll be back.
