I needed help with some important parts for my car and had no luck finding it after calling multiple stores. However, I called O’Reilly’s and they made sure to help get me the parts I needed as quick and as efficiently as possible. Jeff was the worker who worked so swiftly to help me; so thank you to him especially! A great store with great customer service, would definitely recommend them over the others!

Purchased wiper blades today. Usually the clerk offers to install them so it’s been a while since I actually put any on myself. Today no one offered. I tried to put them on myself,but was having a issue, so I went back in thinking he would come out and offer assistance but no he just show me how they go on and watched from inside the store as I struggled to get them on. Arthritis in my hands makes it hard to do simple things. Maybe it was too cold out for these young lads to come out and help. But not a problem,I’ll never go back again. When there are a lot of options on maple ave for auto parts.

As long as you're sure you got it there and know how you paid for it, they'll help you out as much as possible. Good to have a choice.
