I never feel comfortable here. I don’t fully understand their recycling rules and most the the employees treat me as if I should know how all their rules work. I don’t trust the type of material they put in their computer compared to what I am actually recycling. I once took a pillar of aluminum and received 30 dollars. I had three more pillars of aluminum and brought back the next day and only received 30 dollars for that amount.

Just because you work in trash doesn't mean you need to personify it, but that is exactly what the female manager working the cashier office has done at OmniSource, LLC. Unprofessional and incompetent, I was flat out called a liar on my first visit by this person. I was treated as if I was a scam artist over 96 dollars worth of copper, again I've never been here, I have a valid driver's license and vehicle and I never asked for cash. I was simply told by a week old employee operating the scale that I would receive cash if I used my company name. What a waste of my time ! Go anywhere but here for your metal recycling ♻️

The employees were extremely helpful and nice! We wanted the rims off the car we took to scrap and the bolts were rusted on. They spent a good 2 three hours taking them off for us! Very friendly guys also.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and they give a pretty good bang for your buck

Poor service try to screw you over any chance they can. Rifkin in Saginaw is by far the best in tri City's. Left omni. A few years ago and I have made more money per load and less problems

They'll scrap your metal, good prices. Some of their staff are fairly rude.

I'm giving 3 stars because i like how i can get cash same day without needing to go cash a check. But if you plan on bringing any vehicle or frame without a clean title, forget it. They won't take anything with a salvage or scrap title. Go to howe's on 13, they'll take it
