This is for the 165/17 location. I didn't expect the red carpet treatment, but I didn't expect to be flat out ignored when I walked in. I was taught when I worked at auto zone to always acknowledge the customer. That did not happen. This location continues to have poor customer service.

After searching all day for what surprised me as the holy grail of garage items and striking out on 7 different places. Parks had what I was looking for. Really wish I would have went there first being the closer of the places. Would have saved me frustration, time and gas vs driving everywhere. Who would have thought a engine stand would be so tough to come by. They lady was helpful and Will was too. Thanks for having what was needed.

Great pricing and helpful staff. Bought a battery, my van died in the lot and the gentleman who rang me up brought his truck around to jump me so I could get home. Excellent service, I'm switching parts stores.
