Our shop bought a used engine from Parts Cycle. When we went in install it, the engine was seized. We've tried for 2 months now to get a replacement or refund. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Terrible business!

All I can say is wow. I ordered a used wheel for my 2009 Ranger XL as the it didn't come with a full size spare. For $62, free shipping, I had many to choose from. I ordered March 6th, and was told it would ship on March 12th and arrive on the 14th. March 8th, the wheel was delivered by FedEx, packaged in a sturdy box and covered in generous amounts of bubble rap. I will definitely be ordering from here again, and would recommend to others without hesitation

We bought a steering column though their service . It was from a truck that was in a heavy ft end wreak and useless because it had been damaged. We went though their return process and it has been a month since we did this and have not heard back from them.Betsy called us after we posted this review and made good on their warranty. She said it fell though the cracks and would get it handled asap thanks betsy

I had ordered a side mirror for my 2014 Kia sorento they sent me the wrong side.. then when they sent me the right one I needed it is cracked as well.. so no use in it and now in out $140.. I do not recommend them
