Although I did not end up needing the part this time I was beyond blown away with the customer service. We were looking everywhere for a certain part. Our local auto parts store gave us the number of this business but not the name.. My daughter called to see what the hours were as we were over an hour away and they closed with in an hour she quickly said thank you and hung up. I then decided to call knowing they were closed just so I could hear the name so we could head out in the morning. To my surprise the most pleasant gentleman picked up. He recognized our our of state are code and asked if we called earlier. I confessed my daughter did and he said I wanted to help her and she hung up so fast. He then even though they had been closed for close to an hour insisted on helping us and speaking to us. I never felt like I bothered him and he went above and beyond like no one. He sent me a text with address and even offered to have it ready early. I ended up not needing the part and sent a text. He responded with a wonderful text. I would gladly drive over an hour to give my business here and am spreading the word. We all have the same products but customer service when it shines it keeps customers near and far. Give them a try you won't regret it.

These guys came through in a very big way when I needed a part for my car. The price was very reasonable. This will help get me back on the road and back to work and in more ways than one it's worth checking them out for anything you might need for your vehicle.

Domenic was absolutely superb to work with. He was very responsive and made the process of purchasing a transmission from a different city very easy. I've been to a lot of auto recycling places but Parts Box is by far one of the best. All parts are tagged, racked, and stored inside. Every vehicle and part are cleaned and tagged with VIN number prior to cataloging so you know exactly what you get. I purchased an engine and felt comfortable doing so as I see the effort they put it running the operation.
