Ordered an intake, said free shipping, but was billed for it... they immediately refunded me that cost. Part was packaged great, clean, fast shipping and a good price. Will definitely buy from them again.

Don't buy anything from them I had bought a transmission from them and it didn't work so I took it back and asked why it wasn't working and they quickly said that we broke the front pump and I paid over 500. For it and they wanted to me to buy a different front pump for it for another 200.00 on top of that

Warning before you purchase anything from this wrecking yard I purchase a part that was heavily damaged when it was hammered on when it was removed from the vehicle my mechanic said no way would I put this on your car so when I returned it they charged me a 20% restocking fee and charged me shipping costs to say the least I am furious with Patterson wrecking so buyer beware they don't have to ever worry about me purchasing anything from them again...........

Make sure to specific ask what are your looking for, because if you dont they will treat you bad after you telling them you need a refund, when you are trying to get your money back they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes (twice) just to ask where is your refund.You pay the shipping when they tell you you will get all your money back, and guess what...... you not get your whole refund. I usually get good comments to everyone but Patterson Auto Wrecking you may have all the parts that somebody is looking for but Customer Service should be a priority!!!!!!

Ended up ordering the wrong part and they didn't have the one I needed so I was fully refunded, but I would highly recommend Patterson Auto Wrecking, they were very helpful and nice. Ordered a grille piece through their online portal and it was way better than expected! I emailed Rob and asked for photos of it before hand and he was more than happy to help. They had the lowest price I could find anywhere and shipping was awesome. Got here in less than one week after payment, product was as described and pictured. Was also in way better packaging than I had expected! The grille was somehow melted into two pieces of foam with more than enough padding. Will definitely buy from here again!
