Worker had an attitude like no other because there was garbage in the box? I don't pack my own cardboard and take it there so how was I supposed to know garbage was taped up in the box? I have somebody come in once a month and pack all my cardboard down and take it in for me. They couldn't take the boxes this time and the worker was very rude and shaking his head and stormed off muttering something.Service: Junk removal

It’s happened twice already where we have a few extra bags that won’t fit into their small enough garbage cans already, and we put them on the side of the can and they will leave the bags but dumb the garbage can, leaving the rest of the trash. Terrible to try and talk to on the phone to get an answer, they will just give you the run around the whole time.Service: Junk removal

They are not good to loyal customers. If they screw up they will come back at their convenience and get your garbage with no credit to you, but if you forget to leave it out then they will charge you an additional 38.00 to pick it up on a day of their choosing when they are already servicing the area. Customer service is not part of their business plan.

I rented a 300gal container for 2weeks. I needed it emptied 1/2 way thru, and they said that starts my 2wks over again! Delivery staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed the container in a specific spot for usage. I will use their services again!

Terrible to try to talk to on the phone? Turned me away from ever wanting there service lol good gravy must be nice to turn away a new customer. Terrible, at phone comunnication

For anyone who thinks that peninsula sanitation is the same as the transfer station you are wrong The transfer station is a separate company it is Pacific solid waste not peninsula sanitation service
