From the very first conversation on the phone until I made my second purchase the same day I experienced nothing short of professionalism. A patient voice on the phone and a warm greeting when I walked in the door. I was told they would have the parts I needed and given a price. This positive experience continued when I was handed the correct parts and charged the quoted prices. Thank you Pierce Auto Parts. I'll be back any time I need to fix my vehicle.

Ordered an instrument cluster from them through Facebook. It showed up in great shape, plugged it in and worked as it should. Even included the shift indicator, which was nice because I broke mine when I took it out! Awesome people, awesome service. I would definitely order from them again.

Called for several parts to build a totalled truck. When I called back to place order and add even more parts I was questioned by Arron why I wanted to talk to original salesmen and insisted I talked to him instead. After going back and forth about it he asked if I knew how to order parts at all! After telling him I own a body shop and have been doing this for over 42 years I hung up. We're done with them.

I do not recommend this place for no one they are a joke. I drove over 2 hours away to pick up a transmission for my wife's vehicle. I get it home and here to find out there is several pieces and parts that do not go to it that or broken. It cost me $700 to have these parts made in ordered for the transmission. So I called him up today and tell them this transmission is bad and needless to saythey did not do anything about it nor refund my money or make it right with a new transmissionso now I am out almost $300 for the transmission plus all the parts I had to pay for which was about total $600 altogether.they would not do it just because of the 30-day warranty would like I said the parts had to be special ordered and it took 30 days
