They seemed great and the cat runs as it should. It's the only way I have to of knowing how well they did. To In checking other parts in the process of one problem they discovered another and asked me first if I wanted it repaired, saving me a lot of money in a later repair bill. After getting my approval they made the additional repair and granted all the discounts pertaining to both repairs. Seems like a nice way to be treated. Thank you Pinegar.

Excellent professionals in and out in a flash oil change and tires rotated

We've bought our last two vehicles from Pinegar and have gotten a great deal both times. The Service department is superb. Any issues we've had have been dealt with promptly and without hassle. We plan to continue buying our vehicles from Pinegar well into the foreseeable future.

What appreciation I have for the staff at Pinegar! Josh in The Service Department went above and beyond for us after we had system errors with our vehicle so far from home. He gave us an honest assessment of the issues, called all companies in the surrounding areas for parts availability, and then let us know options for repair and getting us a vehicle to be able to get on the road home. Our unfortunate circumstance turned into a trade in and Mike H. was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics. We left very pleased after how well we were treated. Thanks to Josh and Mike! And thank you to Pinegar for having a diesel mechanic on staff on a Saturday (of a holiday weekend!) and for working us into the schedule in emergency.
