    Mistake was made on my end, however I was not happy with how it was explained and not really wishing to help me out. Don’t recommend and will not order from them again. If you get a wrong part you just might be out of luck.

    Do not order anything from then online. They're going to take half your money in The return. And their customer service will be absolutely 0% help. They have no information whatsoever that will be helpful. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    Purchased a set of subframe rails on eBay for what was was described by Pinwall Cycle Parts as Buell XB series Lightning, but in fact were for a Ulysses. The adventure bike.. that the part does not cross over. Me trusting that I was in good hands when I ordered the parts had them powdercoated the factory color so they would look new. Got them back, went to put bike together and guess what, doesn’t fit. Contact Pinwall through eBay only to be told that because the parts have been “modified” they won’t take them back and it’s my fault for not test fitting. Also that I should just try to sell them on my own. Mind you, I didn’t ask for the cost of my powdercoating to be refunded. That’s $100 gone. Best of luck working with them. Hopefully you have better luck than me.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is trash they wouldn’t give me a return label made me pay out of pocket to send my item back. They are terrible with returns if your undecided on the item your buying because of how it will look after or perform don’t buy from them.

    Received damaged parts & did not honor any of the refund as promised.6 months ago Pinwall listed a beautiful vintage split tank, no dents or hardly a scratch in their photos on EBay but we received a damaged spilt Harley Tank with 4-8inch dents in both tanks. Spoke to Leslie in customer service & sent photos the day of delivery -she said the tanks were supposed to be set / packed in foam that they just got a new foam machine and they had fired the shipping employee for not packaging as instructed but were willing to accept a return for a refund or refund a portion to go towards repairs (at our cost). Repair estimate at DentHogs and a couple others: $800-$1100.. We didn’t want to lose the tank since it was a vintage/rare tank. We agreed to accept a partial refund towards repairs to keep the tanks . According to UPS damages dept yesterday their data shows everything that transpired-Pinwall initially sent UPS to pick up the tanks June 1st - I wasnt home but my son was and he called me- I spoke to the driver and explained we didn’t want to return them, we were waiting for inspection for a partial refund. He said ok and he’d note it- and he did but he selected “refuse pick up” which then generated an auto system letter to PW stating I had refused pick up. The letter states they made multiple attempts but unsuccessful- UPS told me the letter was misunderstood & the driver did note we needed to speak to the seller because UPS was told to pick them up. I then spoke to Leslie again and confirmed this was what was decided -have the tanks inspected and accept partial refund then I would have them repaired at my expense.So, 6/17 PWall resubmitted for an inspection (not a pick up/return).I got a call and spoke to Kim at UPS damage claims said she was doing an expedited inspection over the phone.Leslie at Pwall claims this is a lie and said UPS doesn’t do inspection over the phone- YES THEY DO and this is confirmed on UPS notes when I called them again yesterday after being hung up on by Pinwall twice and Leslie saying the owner did not want to talk to me and she didnt either. I was frustrated at this point trying to explain to her what UPS told me.The claim dept at UPS informed me the letter is an automated response when any customer refuses a pick up- this is verified by UPS that this is because it would have taken a lot more time to have a driver come back out with the volume of customers during Covid so they were doing a phone inspection option. I spoke to Rob in damage claims department yesterday and he read over all the notes on this claim & said he’d be happy to go over it with Pinwall Cycle Inc.The notes on the claim show that Kim at UPS called me on 6/17, I returned her call the same day and they completed an expedited inspection over the phone ; then on 6/18 UPS settled the claim with PWall and closed the claim and notified PinWall.I asked Leslie if I could speak to the owner yesterday after trying to explain it to her and she refused and hung up on me and was yelling at me talking over me not listening to reason at all.. They screen their calls now and will not respond to messages.It’s not about the money. Its about honoring your word.I have all the email correspondences where Leslie at Pinwall suggested I accept the partial refund that the owner offered and I had agreed and have waited months for it to be resolved. The UPS claims dept said the inspection was completed & it was settled on their end by an over the phone information and pictures option - SETTLED BY UPS and that it was now up to Pinwall to take care of their customer. But THEY WILL NOT. So now a customer is stuck with damaged tanks I paid full amount for and will cost an additional full amount to have them repaired. No help from Pinwall and it’s not the customers fault they didn’t ship them properly and were damaged in transit as a result. The flimsy box and brown paper was irresponsible and they acknowledged this claiming they fired the employee over it but will not follow through with the partial refund to the customer. Shameful.
