This trashy company will NOT pick up as scheduled. Try living in the country with a dumpster full because they don’t show up. But guess what?? They are only good at taking your money. That is theft in my book to take payment and not provide service!!!! They should be reported as greedy money hungry thieves!

I have had a dumpster woth them for a few years. I had not had any trouble until recently. Now im lucky if they dump it once a month and they still want 63 dollars a month for that. I will be finding new trash service. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

They have picked our trash up, since they took over from our previous company. They were doing an ok job, after they got a day straightened out. About a little over month ago, they changed our day. Have not picked up on our day since. After numerous calls, puck up. Tuesday, is our day. Did not pick up. My husband called and asked them to pick up this week. Wish they get it straightened out. We set out on our day. Very frustrating.

The folks in the office have poor communication with the drivers! After calling everyday for one week and 3 weeks of no pick up at all they finally picked up the huge pile of trash at the end of my driveway! Thanks to Adrian in customer service. I hope this company can get their act together! Pete Tanner is a hard act to follow! They picked up each week like clock work even on holidays. We hope they can get a more consistent schedule. If not they will lose a lot of business.

If you have another waste service option do not waste your time with this company. The employees are always polite, but the servicing is awful. We pay for weekly trash services and we are lucky if it’s picked up once a month.

The lady that picks up the phone is the only good part about the company, She’s always polite, BUT the service of this company is terrible. I’ve been calling for 3 months about getting my dumpster dumped, it still hasn’t been dumped, it’s been scheduled to about 4-5 times. They have billed me twice but I refuse to pay it until it finally gets dumped. I’m so sick of this company and will probably find a new one once it finally gets dumped (wherever that will be)Service: Construction debris removal

They have gotten my account and other mixed up. They randomly canceled my account during one of the mix up and they STILL made me pay for the start up fee. The lady who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. They are unreliable when picking up trash. Some weeks the pick it up and other weeks they don’t.

We were suppose to get waste connections to replace our horrible trash service. Turns out they dont service our area. Has not stopped them from sending me a bill for the last three months. The dumpster never touched our property yet we are still getting billed. The kicker, I call each month. Each month I'm told the same thing. So sorry and it wrong happen again. And here we are, month 3, and another bill.

Moved homes and changed my service address with them over 2 months ago. I have called 5 times, and still no pickup despite assuring me that they will credit me one month of service. Hello I have paid for over 2 months of trash pickup and they still have not serviced the trash. Unreal!

Beyond a doubt, I get the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in 40 years from Cindy at the Cape Girardeau location. She is awesome and goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. The haulers are great, too. I just don’t know their names or I would mention them by name.
