I was waiting on someone to complete their transaction. The lady in the office said we close for lunch but go ahead and unload since you are already here. We unloaded our cans and the guy comes out and says we are closing for lunch. He shut the doors and left! It wouldn't have taken him 5 mins to complete the transaction and it wasn't even 11 yet. This is not a way to do business. I don't care what type of business you have. You should treat people with kindness and how you want others to treat you. Recycling shouldn't be hard for people who are willing to do it.

This people are top of the line.they know how to do business.

Recently cleaned up a property and made multiple trips over a 3 week period and sold nearly 4 tons of scrap. Mostly scrap steel but one big load of non-ferrous metals. Aluminum, stainless, copper, electric motors, etc. They were very good at sorting it and giving me the proper rate even if I just had a few items.

carried a load of scrap to them weighed in at 9660 when i came out i weighed 7260 i looked back and wrote it down when i got home i seen he had put 7580 on the slip i was cheated out of 320 pound its not much but if they everyone like that it adds up.
