    As an employee I see the owner of this business Ralph go out of his way daily to help people in this community, even when he loses money to do it. He runs a great business that most people dont realize has a huge positive impact on our county. Hands down the best employer and friend I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

    The employee that helped unload our truck was a great and nice guy. But the prices that they pay out here are on the low side. Great place if you just need to get ride of metal.

    Was very disappointed I looked on their website to check the prices of scrap metal. The page was very vague it showed materials that they took but no prices. So I did a search for going rates and figured around 5 to 7 cents a pound. Me and my son spent an hour or so loading it. We get their and it was lunch time. The sign states R&S Metals "we buy" and it lists the materials they take. Well like I said it was lunch time so we recieved no help past dump it here. Nore did we recieved any payment for the material, by the way was unsure about a sign that said no tires and in the pile he told me to dump in were tires just about like mine so unsure if they take them on the rim and not off or what. Anyway dont expect any money for your scrap metal.

    This is the worst business I have ever encountered. Employees are great but the owner is inept, a control freak and a liar. I have been waiting months to get a lot of scrap metal picked up and am constantly being told that they will be there soon. I finally got a date for the pick up they never showed. I called them 3 times, never answered. Of course the did not bother to call and postpone. If they had any competition they would be out of business in a month. The worst!

    Said it wasn't worth his while coming out to pick up free scrap metal..Turned down a whole bunch of free scrap metal.Sort of rude on the phone.At least he was honest about picking and choosing his clients
