My fiance and I drove 3 hours to this establishment. My Fiance has been in contact with the salesman. We were going to buy a van and was told from the salesman that they will finance the van even though we are from NC. Before driving the 3 hours my fiance called the salesman this morning told him that we will be on our way today. Salesman said all you need to bring is the down payment and your ID. We got there to only find out that the only salesman was gone for the day. So we drove to another place with the van to be told by the VERY rude (male) owner that they will not finance to us because we live out of state. They were unsympathetic and would not work with us. And while we were trying to conduct business with this man one of his employees drops a scratch off lottery ticket and the owner proceeded to scratch his lottery ticket. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and clearly the salesman didn't know what he was doing either.

R V Theo n Mrs.Betty have earned their reputation!!!They have been in this business for more years than most people who go there for whatever. They are still in business n they help so many people in many different ways! If you want to speak badly, do it face to face, not publicly!You haven't been in their shoes so respect them, it's one of the most difficult jobs known by all who have dealt with the public .

Horrible experience! Starter when out in my 04 explorer on Thanksgiving he was the only one open and charged 75$ for a starter I was at first overly happy of the price and that he was open on a holiday and I would not be stranded. I went and took the started of mine back to him and got the new starter it lasted for about two weeks and it went out an hour from where I live and was stuck with my three children anyways he exchanged the starter for another starter that the bolts broke off at a light turn took that back then he replaced my starter and gave me back the starter I initially took in the first place that didn't work. No refunds almost of money and two weeks without a car because of this. Today I went to lkq and got a starter and it works great for half he price don't recommend this place to anyone after this experience

I bought a car from RV Theo. Traded in my 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee ($3500 value) the 08 Saturn Vue XE was only valued at $4500 but because of the no finance no interest I went for it. In 2 years $300 a month I would own this car. Within 1 year I had taken my car to repair shop for diagnostic. 1 broke CV Axle the other ready to break, the transmission and motors mounts had multiple breaks but I could not afford the $1000 upfront at that time so I called RV auto repair. He said he could repair it for allot less than that and confirmed he would add on to the end of my loan. It took 10 days to get the CV axles and the motor mount fixed. I was told transmission mount ok. He charged me $747. And took my due car payment and said you'll just skip a month and have to pay the rest before next month. Well ok. 4 days later the CV Axle and frame break as my daughter pulls away from the stoplight. The car is totaled. I had to pay a $500 deductible. The day before had just paid $220 to get speakers put in it. And now I have a claim on my insurance.Defective Mechanic work and I'm out a car, my traded car, RV got the payoff on the car and I pd a $500 deductible and got a claim on my insurance. He is rude and a con man. Be very careful if you decide to do business with this man.

RV is down home and will help you when your in a pinch. Want a great car or truck go see him.. Bought three from him and my father in law has bought several over the years.

Very bad service. We are a shop that buys many motors and transmission daily and I never had problems with any place but here. They kept hanging the phone on me many times I would not consider buying from them. Plus this is the first time I took time out of my day to leave this review thats how bad my experience was. Hope this helps other buyers.

Wow never had such rude customer service... First call hear phone picked up and immediately hung up on... Called back and barely got one question out; was told "No" and hung up on... The low rating of this place is very understandable...

I Needed two engines, called there twice and each time the guy said "Call back in 30 minutes and talk to Jeff". How does a multi-million dollar business rely on one man to sell parts?I've always heard one monkey don't stop the circus, but here it apparently does! I Went elsewhere, for customer service....
