    Randy's has the worst customer service for any service company I have ever used. First, I established automatic payments with them, but for some reason the automatic payments stopped. Rather than notifying the customer like most companies would, I never received an email. I just found out a few months after by looking at my bill. I called to learn why, and they were very rude saying it's in the terms and conditions that it's the customers responsibility and that they have no obligation to notify you if automatic payments stop. Secondly, at Christmas I called to ask about the Christmas tree pick up and they said it was complementary and they would be by that week. Two weeks later my tree was so there, and on the third week they finally came. What irritated me more was that they billed my for the tree in the end.

    On hold for the 4th or 5th time calling them to correct an issue that is their fault. I'm being billed for our neighbor's garbage. They said the first few times I called they would correct it, and after not being corrected we cancelled with them. Now I'm on hold because I'm still receiving a bill (past due) again for our neighbor's garbage bill. Our neighbors have also called many time to correct this as well. I've been on hold for 20 minutes and still no answer. This has been so painful. I have seriously been on hold with this company for well over an hour or two from all the calls I've had to make. I couldn't be more frustrated. We switched to Mumford and they are excellent and WAY cheaper with a bigger can! Strongly recommend Mumford!

    Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Put my Christmas Tree out on Jan 2 for the pickup window ending January 12. It was never picked up, so I called, they said was missed and they would have someone come get it. It never happened, so I called each week asking about it with the same answer each week, "we have driver out with COVID, so we're behind, but we assure you it will get picked up". Made my weekly call today and they tell me it is too late to pick up.. Ridiculous. Canceled on the spot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal

    We used to live in Waverlt and had Mumford do our sanitation. Almost every week our garbage can would land sideways on the street. Not to mention the workers were not the friendliest (maybe caught them on a bad day once?) The first week we moved to Delano our garbage and recycling was over flowing because of our move. We forgot to put our garage out and came to find they literally walked up our driveway to collect it themselves because they could see how overflowing it was!! Can you say 5 star customer service!? I Couldn’t believe it. Thank you Randy’s!!

    This company, along w/ Republic, is a joke. They only come every other week for pickup then absolutely refuse to take any recyclable items that don't fit into the ONE tiny bin they give you. When you ask how to go about getting a second bin the response is "i don't know." Every other week there's a new excuse as to why they cant take this item or the other despite the fact it's clearly a recyclable. Absurd I'm paying for this service that does absolutely nothing but make excuses and offer less services as the weeks go by.

    Worst customer service ever!!!!!!Just switched over to them and they don’t inform any of their new costumers when they come to pick up the trash. It’s always been in the afternoon with everyone else we’ve used and they said you have to have your trash out by 6AM. We were never informed that, so our trash was never picked up.Told the lady about it, and she was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke too. Tried to make me feel like it was all my fault. NO ONE should be working customer service if they speak to their customers the way this lady does. I will be reporting her next time.You guys will lose a lot of business if you keep treating paying customers this way.Service: Trash removal & disposal

    Wow. Randy’s must have been purchased by Republic. On hold for an hour. Tried 2 phone numbers, one person answered and couldn’t help with anything so transferred me, been trying to get ahold of someone to pay my bill (used to be automatic) and change my cart size. Even tried to do it on line by setting up my account. No option to change service. Frustrating. Please fix this. Randy’s was so responsive before. Republic doesn't answer, only transfer. It’s late morning on a Thursday. They should answer.Service: Trash removal & disposal

    21 year residential customer. Tried to Call today at 8:30 and 11:45. Simple questions about picking up organic. On hold for 8 and 9 minutes. No one picked up. Thought this might happen when Republic bought them.

    My day was changed to Friday it's too bad they don't have a calendar because the didn't come .I put my trash out the noi go t before. I called them at 3:30 because no one's come oits now 6: or 29 the garbage still hasn't been picked up no one has even showed up in the area. T didn't pick up recycle from before Christmas to mid February . They ack like it's a joke when I call to complain. I pay for a service and I expect a service that I'm not getting. At this time I am considering suing them for breach of. Contract. My other option is to take my garbage down and dump it at their front gate. I'm not a happy customer. My only problem is that they are the only service in town. It's bad when a company doesn't care and they know they don't have to care. They are a very poor company to deal with.

    Who is hiring these people? I mean seriously the worst customer service. I have never dealt with anything like this. I called and First thing shannon said when she picked up the phone was like “oh it’s you again the address I can’t find” how can you not locate my address but yet telling me you guys are taking my garbage bins today???? I have paid until Feb 22nd! I have it on recording. I recorded all 3 people I can’t even say women because that’s not how business women act. They're seriously so rude, I’m def canceling soon. I have been dealing with Randy’s for over 10 years im ready to def switch now.
