I really did enjoy getting my recycling taking care of by the Forman and the other weighmaster. They were also good on keeping my recycling counts on their system and gave me the right number on the check based on how much I had. And they are pretty fast paced in their duties.

Called to inquire about large item pickup per the city contract, was repeatedly cut off and received rude comments from "Justine" and was told that Recology "has never picked up large items and we will give you an estimate on how much we will charge once you make an appointment for an adjuster to come to your property"....umm excuse me? This is the city's waste removal company. Service has consistently degraded since Recology took over the contract while simultaneously charging more for services.As a taxpayer, I'd like to know why on earth the city chose this firm.

Our full composting bin was not picked up yesterday, the scheduled day. When attempting to contact Recology Davis, today, Saturday, the contact phone number would not allow messages and there was no other method of contacting them to ask what the problem was. Very dissatisfied with customer service in this case.

I have had pretty good experiences with them other than one time and I think it was that one particular employee I was dealing with. Other than that everyone is always very nice and professional.

Went to the buyback recycling center today. Everything was clean well order and in good . No complaints everything was fine.

Has bins so you can dump recycling at night. Very helpful for night shift workers.
