    Terrible, untrustworthy business. They sold us some product, ($1,410 worth, a full pallet full of toner) but a lot of it wasn't in the condition they said it was.The reason for the poor review is because they're going back on their word. Payment was sent upfront based on the agreement we had and their acceptance of our terms and conditions. I made it clear that we were hesitant to send payment upfront because we require full disclosure and that if items weren't received in the condition they were described, they will be discounted and a refund will be required, items will not be sent back (as stated in our terms). They agreed, so we sent payment, even arranged for the pickup and paid shipping. The order arrived, was inspected, and we found several items were damaged, some were open box, even had a remanufactured item (all were supposed to be new, pristine condition, Genuine OEM).We let them know the issues, requested the partial refund of $203 required for the items (again as stated and agreed to prior to shipping), and they are refusing to issue the refund. Now they're demanding we ship the order back for a full refund.. We are already out several hundred dollars due to shipping this order and not receiving what was agreed to, and they know that it wouldn't be worth shipping the order back because we'd still be losing more money than the refund requested by shipping it back. Meanwhile, they lose nothing. Meanwhile, either way you look at it, we're still out several hundred dollars.We are still pursuing the refund, but needless to say, we will never being doing business with this company again. They're unreliable, and worst of all, untrustworthy and dishonest.
