Called about a window motor for my car and was told to come on in so I got my tools and such together and drove about an hour away to get there and when I got there it was just before 3pm and the phone line that answered and the guy I had spoken 2 said they were open til 5 but the gate was closed and there was not a soul in sight... extremely unprofessional and quite disrespectful especially considering how many used auto parts i need on a weekly or monthly basis... i don't just fix my own car but those of friends and friends of friends so he more or less just lost a few hundred to a thousand dollars a month by doing that to me.... I've never had such poor service at any used auto parts place in my life and I've been doing mechanics for 15-20 years.... completely dumbfounded how anyone can treat their customers so rudely and disrespectfully....Service: Part finding & extracting

He was extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone I didnt even have to meet him in person think cuz I'm a female I dont know what I'm talking about I'm trying to bring u business and u wanna disrespect ur customer hope I'm glad my business went else where I knew everyone said dont go to you for a reason

My son called this place whom we had used before and should have learned by the first bad experience. Today my son called him for one tire that is inspectable. My son went outside to find out what size tire with grumpy on the phone & When he told the grumpo the size, was told that that tire is too big and wouldn’t be on his car then he hung up on my son abruptly. Two minutes later I called the grumpy old man and told him that I needed a 22 inch tire for my sons car who had just called him and that he told him That tire was too big and couldn’t possibly be the right size but that is what is on his car. Grumpy man then told me he was sorrybut he has a splitting headache. And Iasked him if that’s really a excuse to Speak to all of his customers in this manner, and then hangs up on them. At which point he facetiously said “Madame have a nice day “and hung up on me as well. Apparently he has too many customers that he can afford to lose. I won’t return. Not that grumpy old man really cares anyway.

The guy is a total a hole went in to buy a part didn't have my tools with me because I didn't expect to have to buy a part and thought the guy would be nice enough to loan me a wrench to get the part off the vehicle he absolutely refused I do not recommend this guy to anyone I ended up going to Al's Auto dismantling in Belmont got the part at the same price and didn't have to remove it from the vehicle and I didn't have to give him my old part I recommend Al's auto dismantling over reeds anytime and I was treated with respect that I deserve I was even offered a free soft drink funniest Pepsi machine

This guy knows his yard & is very fair with his prices!! He is a super nice, approachable down to earth guy!! He's never treated me different for being a woman!!
