    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO THEM FOR 10 YEARS (PAID OUR BILLS ON TIME AN NEVER COMPLAINED UNTIL NOW). They have missed multiple pickups for 3 consecutive months at our commercial business and will not credit our account. They say its not documented in their system although I've called several times. They tried to blame me for their mishap. IT'S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO DOCUMENT COMPLAINTS AND SCHEDULE PICK UPS. EACH TIME I CALLED, THEY TOLD ME THE SERVICE WILL PICK UP ON OUR NEXT PICK UP DAY, THEY NEVER DO. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE SERVICE WAS CANCELLED AS OF TODAY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS.Service: Junk removal

    This company is by far the worst company that I have had to deal with in every way. We have been “customers” and receiving “service” for about a year now. Within that time frame I cannot count how many missed pick ups we have had. In addition to that, the list is endless for a service that should be simple...not receiving the initial container after paying to start receiving “service”, HORRIBLE customer service, (these folks straight up lie to you), reported missed pick ups that were never handled, etc. I will be terminating my “service” with this company, warning others to stay way, and taking my business elsewhere.Service: Junk removal

    This waste company is horrible! I am the maintenance manager for Waterwalk at Shelter Cove in Hilton Head SC. I have been dealing with this company for 5 months now and every month there is always something. Either its a missed pick up or they found a piece of paper or something in the recycling bin and therefore can't take the recycling. The last issue I had was them not taking my recycling because the driver claimed there were filters in the dumpster. He backed up his accusation by taking pics. If you are going to take a picture of what you say is my dumpster, make sure the color is the same and not a picture of someone else's dumpster. The dumpster clearly was not my dumpster. He submitted 2 pics. One WAS a pic of my dumpster. The one that had filters in it was clearly not my dumpster since it was a different color. As soon as I get things in order here I will be getting rid of this piece of garbage of a company. (No pun intended)Service: Junk removal

    Have used this company for years, still have them. It's a hassle for sure. Dealing with them now on a situation, its like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. EPA is our next call. Service: Junk removal

    For the love of god choose ANY other company to service to trash. Had service for 3 months and was never serviced. I ofcourse cancelled my service at that point and convinced upper management it was in their better interest to wipe my bill clean. Funny enough that's the only this that was ever actually completed. Sadly 3 weeks later the trash can was still sitting at the end of my drive. I had to call the county and report it as abandoned property to get it removed.

    I was with Powell's for over 10 years,,,Republic has taken over this service on 7/1/2020. During the month of 8/2020 they have been late or not picking up at all. Now the business phone is not working and the mail box is full....Do not use this service,,,it is terrible....I have fired them and went with Emerald's....

    My normal trash pickup has been Wednesday mornings and I made a payment on a Monday. They did not pick up my trash on Wednesday and when I called to ask why they said the payment didn't go through until that morning so I asked when could they pick it up to which they replied later that same day. They never showed up so I called again on Thursday and asked again to which they said they would pick it up on Friday. I waited until Friday afternoon and had to call them again and they said since the payment didn't go through until that Wednesday morning it doesn't count as a missed pickup and I would have to wait until next Wednesday

    I was a RW customer for 17 years. We were moving from Beaufort SC to Charleston SC in Jan of 2016, so I cancelled my service at the end of Dec. On May 19th, I received a letter dated May 17th from a collection agency in the amount of $ 81.02. I called the office in Beaufort and talked to Danielle, who was actually in the Beaufort office. She looked up my account and told me that I had a zero balance. I asked that she send me an email stating that (which I never got). I called the credit agency and told them that I had a zero balance. They said that they would list it as a dispute until they heard from RW. In a few days, I tried to call Danielle back about the email and to my surprise, I got Angela in a Charlotte call center. To make a long story short....I have made 7 phone calls to get this resolved and have spoken with 2 people from the collection agency and 5 from RW call center. The only answer I have gotten was that this was a charge to pick up 2 containers from my house. # 1. I was never advised 17 years ago that there was a charge to pick up a container (I don't think there was one 17 years ago) #2. I never got a bill for this or I would have protested a long time ago, and #3. The second container that I had was a convenience for Republic. They asked me in about our 5th year or so if they could bring me a second container and only pick up once a week instead of twice. I am VERY frustrated with this whole mess. It seems that the call center cannot access my account to put a credit in and I was told by Destiny in the Business Center that only Danielle in the Beaufort office could credit my account since it had been sent to collections. I would LOVE to get back to Danielle but everytime I call the local number........I get the Charlotte call center AGAIN!!!This new call center is not user friendly as far as getting anything resolved. Every time I call, I get a different person and have to go through everything again and get told the same thing again. RW needs to re-think how they service their customers....what they are doing is not working for me. I hope someone who has some kind of authority reads this and contacts me!

    This company has been great to work with. Very Flexible, the show up when they say they they are gonna show up and have good works both in thee office and on the trucks. Is you want to feel like you are getting screwed over.....call Waste Management.

    Do not ever use this service, worst trash service i have ever had. Not only is it the worst service EVER they charge you some gas or something that they never say when u ask for the service and make contract with them. Secondly they will deliver ur trash can super late not when they supposedly schedule and third when you finally cancel their service and find something better they will keep charging you and sending invoices even after a month that you have canceled and owe 0.00 ( and they have picked up the trash can late once again) and when you call they will have a stupid excuse to why they sended that invoice.
