    My trash is yet again forgotten about at the road. It has been sitting there since 6 am this morning. I have 3 children in the home that are in diapers and pull ups. Imagine how my yard smells right now. Along with the fact my house has trash waiting by the door to be taken out because my cans are full. Definitely not happy. Can't believe we have to pay for thisService: Junk removal

    Put my trashbin at mailbox like I have for the past year. They left the trash and said it was to far away. I moved as close as I could, and they didn't pickup again. Said it was to far away. I live on a narrow road and everyone else's who were farther back were picked up. Common sense was not used.

    Have been trying to get a supervisor to call me back since June 9th. I now have 2 accounts after trying to transfer my one account. Only need one account. I also got charged over $100 for them to bring me a trash can.i guess I will have to go to there office to get anything done.

    Why is it that we only get 1 pickup per week and charge over $150 for 3 months, we live in rural area on mcalester lake rd, we put out our trash cans and had a little one set beside and the driver didn't even pick up, my wife and I are both disabled and can't get our trash cans out every week and still have to pay, to me this is abusing disabled and I am going to contact city and county about this and also the better business bureau and social mediaService: Junk removal
