    Do not recommend! Absolutely the worst call center experience. After being a customer for years but wanting recycling service, I found a provider who recycles. I called to cancel on the day my contract expired. After waiting over 30 minutes, I had to hang up and get back to my job. The next day I waited again and finally got an agent. She was extremely rude and ineffective and said I have to pay for an entire month because it's a day late (they didn't answer the phone the day before). It made cancelling services much much easier. I'm happy to have them in my rearview mirror.Service: Junk removal

    Definitely not a fan of how they conduct business. Their employees tell you there's no extra charges, and come to find out your bill is doubled afterwards. Also their billing people call you off of their personal cell phones to inform you of your remaining bill wanting payment over phone..

    The worst! My fiancé and I have had terrible experiences with republic! They are so unprofessional and unreliable. He spent two weeks trying to get through to cancel our service because we're moving. No one would answer the phone and he only got any assistance because he left a negative review. The account is in good standing, was just paid recently, and now they want a $30 fee to pick the trash can up! We've already paid for months we're not going to be using, had terrible customer service. Actually, had no customer service. Now an extra fee??! They said that they would send a final bill but never asked for a forwarding address. And a final bill???? We're paid! They are known for sending bills to collection without contacting you first so not needing a forwarding address was so shady!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I see why everyone uses best way instead! That's who we will be using in the future. It's fitting Republic chose to be in the trash business because that's exactly what they are. Trash.

    Update: Their response to my complaint was quick. They brought another bin as soon as they could. (The issue happened Friday, bun was brought Monday). I appreciate that very much. Thank you.Driver took my recycling bin, no notice. I had to inquire about it to be told it won't return until 2 weeks. Canceled my recycling service and looking for another company.

    I got trash and recycle service a year ago at the same time. They are the only company that will pick up recycling in my area. The first bill had both on it. After that, billed me two different bills every 3 months and talked to them at least 8 times to fix it. I am still getting two bills and charging administrative fees to both. I even ask to pay a year in advance and will not take my money. Very poor customer service and can not fix the billing problem. I would have quite my service 6 months ago but want to help our environment by recycling.They quote you a price for trash but do not tell you about administrative and fuel fees that are added to bill.

    Was 1 month behind on payments. They wait till I leave for work. And come in my yard to take all 3 of my bins. Charge me to take the bins then tell me it's $60 a bin to bring them back. Never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. If I could give zero stars I would do it 100 times over again.

    They still have my credit from moving 4 months ago and no one seems to be able to help. Have called 4times. And now they call the new place saying I owe then I call tell them the last lady told me my credit was transferred. Nope 4 times! 4 different people. Then when you express your frustrations on call 3 and 4 they just make it worse, no I am sorry no nothing just well it wasn't me

    Posting for My CompanyDealt with them for a contract period whatever that was. Experience poor.Gave us a hard time when we cancelled. Wanted to raise our rates more than their competition. Took them forever to pick up their trash bin and it was in our way so we had to have it moved. They claimed they tried to pick up after we had closed. They had been dealing with us for a number of years and didn't know our business hours.? Come on man! Never deal with these people, we won't. PS: I have looked at their customer reviews and this appears to be typical with them.

    Unfortunately, I had an unfavorable experience with Reliable Disposal.I had to call multiple times to rectify a bill due for a recycle bin that had been picked up months ago when the village of Stevensville cancelled their contract with Reliable. I was told numerous times that the account balance would be rectified internally and zeroed out causing no payment obligation from me.Today, three months later, I received a final notice and notice that my account would be sent to collections in two days.I made a payment to stop the potential collection, and preserve my credit score.When I called to let them know that it still had not been rectified, I was told that they could issue a refund but the account would remain past due and would be sent to collections.

    Overcharged, missed pick ups. Horrible customer service will just hang up on you. Worst service possible!
