We have had a terrible experience with this company and we have only had their service for two months. First it took two weeks to get trash can delivered after they removed the perfectly good ones that were at our house. 2nd I was told recycling is required at my new address. I live on a country road and I am the only house with a recycling can. I have had this recycling can since Mid-November and it hasn't been picked up yet. I leave it at the end of driveway just by chance they show up on a different day then they told me. 3rd, I have been waiting for a 2nd trash can since Mid-November. I have been given 4 different delivery dates with all of them being missed, they didn't mind charging me though. I have called them more times than I have ever called a service company in the last two months. With an empty promise every time of a delivery or pickup or supervisor call back that has not happened. If you have other waste options in your area I would definitely consider someone else.

I have called for the past 2 weeks to have another trash receptacle delivered (one of ours ended up missing one day), and to switch out a trash receptacle that is busted all the way down the side. The phone operators tell me that it's scheduled, but they never show. I'm so tired of wasting my time calling to get them to do what they're supposed to do.

Have not delivered trash cans for weekly trash pickup. I've called twice and had no response. Very frustrating to pay for a service I can't use

I have had a miss pick up for 3 days now. Every day I call they say they will be here today or tomorrow and never show. So now I have full trash cans and nowhere to put my reoccurring trash.

I called to get a bulk order picked up. Just a chair and some large boxes. They didn't show up on the day they said. I have called several times and each time I get some kind of run around. They keep saying I'm on the schedule but no one ever comes. I have been calling for days and I just keep getting transferred. I now have to pay a $50 fine to the office of where we live because this has been out front for days. I also may have to pay more fines if it's not taken care of. This pick up service is offered as part of our trash contract and they are in breach of that contract in my opinion. It is very clear that they DO NOT care about their customers.

They don't even pick my trash up they are horrible I'm so tired of paying for trash that they never pick up!! Worst experience EVER they lie say they will pick the trash up no they dont

They never pick up my trash when it's supposed to be picked up I call they say they will be by to pick it up that day or the next morning and it never happens I have no idea what else to do I pay for this service and my trash or recycling can never gets picked up what can I do I have called and called

Requested a can exchange and a bulk pickup. 3 days after expected date. I have called customer service everyday, they now say cans are on back order after the guy skipped my house on the scheduled date and my bulk pickup is still outside because they skipped that too. Republic needs to invest in a more competent third-party provider

This place is a joke. I’ve been trying for over a month for them to simply pick up my old cans and drop off new ones. We have called over six times trying to make this happen. I talked to a supervisor named Cameron who said he would call me to make sure it had gotten done and he never did. How does a business run like this? I watched them come down the road, started to stop and drove off. I never had any problems before. So the garbage will be double next week...just great. We no longer as a grant county resident even take it there anymore.
