I don’t like putting used parts on my truck but I didn’t want to pay a lot for a drive shaft. So I used these guys the drive shaft cost $51 bucks and it was the original with the original u joints I was very very pleased my mechanic put it on and my truck drives great with the drive shaft on. I want to thank you guys a lot you saved me hundreds! I will use again.

I had been calling all around in and out of my state of PA looking for a particular part to modify my truck. Needed a power steering pump bracket off of a specific model vehicle. You would think it wouldn't be that hard. Most salvage places blew me off and wouldn't return my phone calls. "Nah, we don't have that" or "We get those in but we crush them". "Nah, too old". Never took the time to even look through their inventory. I have two toddlers and no time to go digging through a U- Pull-It. What I needed wasn't that hard to look for. Gentleman I talked to said he would send somebody in the yard to look. I got a call back saying they had exactly what I was looking for. This place really helped me out and got me what I needed and offered to ship it to me. Could not be more greatful. Top notch customer service. I will be dealing with them in the future if I need any more parts. I'm a parts manager and work for a large central PA auto dealership franchise and I dont even get that kind of service from my local vendors.

Gave 90 days warranty and when we sent the part back to them they say they don't do any returns. part was bad. and if you don't do returns why give your customers a 90 days warranty ? spoke to rick who was very rude as well. now i gotta call my credit card company

Just terrible... we run a small repair shop on route 8 in Butler. Bought an engine off these guys unfortunately the engine sat for a couple weeks before going in. When we got it in and got it started up the engine was blown. Checked everything that we could have possibly done wrong and found nothing. After calling the people there they told us we were days off the warranty. They then proceeded to tell us they wouldn't do anything to help us, after being rude over the phone. Warranty or not, sold us a blown engine (never tested) and then didn't stand by their product. That's no way to run a business. Just awful. I do not recommend this to anyone, it's not worth the hassle.

Very happy with my transaction with Rick’s Auto Parts. They had my rear axle I bought washed and ready to go. Would definitely recommend and deal with again.

Rick's is one of the best and most organized used parts/salvage yards/junk yard whatever you choose to call it. They were helpful and they had the part i needed. Most important they had it ready for me when i arrived just like they said they would. OUTSTANDING!!!

Shipped from PA to MI, got the impossible-to-find part in near mint condition. Would order everything from these guys if they were a little closer to Michigan.A++++ Strongly recommend!

Ordered in transfer case was told 250 never told about a core, got charged 75$ core and charged 300 for the transfer case never again will i deal there and guy at counter was rude.
