Mr. Riediger was so pleasant and nice to deal with. He was more than fair in dealing with us and our insurance company, Farm Bureau insurance. Farm Bureau is refusing to pay a claim on our FULL COVERAGE insurance policy, only making things difficult and forcing us to hire an attorney. So, the cooperation from Mr. Riediger was greatly appreciated. On top of that, he made sure our car kept covered during the windy icy, rainy weather we had while the car was in his possession because it still has some of our belongings in it and the windows are broken out. AND he backed our totaled vehicle into a very difficult spot like a complete pro!!!
