" what a great place" I live in St Augustine and have used ROBINSONS at least 15-20 times and with there excellence in automotive knowledge and great inventory it is a real time and money saver. It's the one stop shop for automotive parts 100℅! They had my parts ready for me when I got there and then was given a brief description of why and how my part works in the vehicle.Nice family atmosphere and Customer Service Pros to say the least!They even pay TOP DOLLAR for unwanted ,running or non running old and newer cars!!Thanks again guys for going the extra mile as usual!!-Mike

They are very helpful with all automotive needs. They will never sell you a bad engine or transmission thay test the parts before you get them unless you pull it yourself. Thank you very much Robinsons you always save me money and get me out of a pinch..

These guy's were the best. Rented a u-haul trailer at another location and when I went to pick it up it was not available, even with a reservation 10 days in advance. I was then directed to Robinson's....these guy's went the extra mile when I explained my situation...they helped me get my trailer and had me on my way immediately!.... Thanks guy's!

New owners were very nice. Had the part I needed and got me in and out quick. Prices were great most used auto parts businesses think there parts should be as much as just buying new parts. Will definitely be my first call when needing used part in the future.

The older gentleman there was very rude and disrespectful over the phone and thought it would be better in person but it didn’t do nothing but get worse sold me a bad transmission for $500 needless to say the transmission was no good I had a licensed certified mechanic put it in and it was no good and he would not make good make it good on his end I had seven day warranty on itIt took me two or three days to find somebody to put it in and then a day to put it in and by then the warranty was out so he would not honor his warranty is bad business

Owner is worthless not personable or helpful in any way shape or form does nothing but sit behind a desk and play on his computer. Place sucks go somwhere else.

Been going there for years... This new manager/owner sucks! Employee tells ya to come on out so you spend the gas and he gonna stand there and say "I don't care what you were told, I'm closed today" what a way to run a business!
