Great service, friendly employees. They had all the rear parts that I needed to repair my salvage Lincoln MKX. Called them at 8 a.m. and they had all the parts pulled and ready for pickup when I arrived at 2 p.m. All of the parts were the same color as my vehicle, and in great condition. Well worth the 150 mile drive.

Unorganized, called day before, said was coming to pick up part, drove an hour to get there nobody seemed to know anything about. After a discussion they figured it out and said the part was still on the vehicle and it would be a couple hrs.....20min later, After more checking they found the part was off

Called them up about a part I found on car-part.com. They answered quickly, confirmed the part and shipped it to me at a very fair price in Tennessee. Ended up calling them back and adding a couple more items to my order and they all arrived by the end of the week. Parts are good quality and prices were way better than my local salvage yards. Will definitely be looking at their inventory before looking elsewhere in the future. Awesome people and awesome experience!

Worst experience ever, sent me the wrong year part and would not do a partial refund for the correct parts I needed to order to finish the job which was only $165.00, I don’t suggest anyone to use this business. My customer could not wait for you to find another used part and send it to me to install, I don’t agree with the fact that you sent the incorrect part and myself and my customer have to suffer the consequences. It is up to you to very if the part your selling is the correct. Paid the price extra price as well for the lifetime warranty, $492.75. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with a warranty issue I’m sure that will go just as well. Lesson learned stay local!

Paid for a part over the phone with our card. It had to come from another salvage yard and would take 3 days and we could come and get our part. A week later still no part and won't give us back our money! See them in court! Stay away from these crooks!
