John boy I'll agree with on this matter about the place it's owned by joesph smith and sons I have hauled into all 3 locations s I had to call them by phone to get the money they shorted me out of multiple times they then said I was a trouble maker cause I didn't settle for what they had paid and told us not to come back there when I had been a long time customer of there hauling thousands of pounds of metal to them and as far as contacting any one up higher on the list then the ones they pay to give people the cold shoulder don't hold your breath on speaking to any one that is head management unless you turn the matters over to a lawyer as I have done 😁👍

Update of my initial 2 star review 4+ years ago.The people who do the day-to-day operations here are great now. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even though the price of scrap is low right now, it's always a pleasure to go here (and has been for a couple years now).

The staff at Rockingham Scrap are always a joy to work with, specifically John, Willie, and Abril. They are always very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and demonstrate customer service at its finest every visit.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! These guys really know what they are doing and take the time explain everything. Certainly would not go anywhere else!

I sent separated brass, copper wire, and iron i was Not given extra for my brass. DO me wrong one time and I'll go somewhere else.
