I bought a used transmission that supposedly had around a 120000 miles on it for my 2008 Chevy impalla. I drove out there picked it up on around February 21st. I was given a 30 day warranty. I got it installed and for the 1st 3 weeks or so it was fine but by April 5th It was jerking barely moving and is still jerking and barely moving after I paid the money for the transmission and getting it installed. Now I'm back to square one with a bath transmission after spending $1600 ($550 for transmission) because they only warranty their used parts for 30days. I will never return. I'm so irritated.

Told me engine was good, went to test it and failed a leak down test at over 80% leakage. Call them and they threaten me saying this better be their engine or we going to have problems (manager). Good thing customer wanted to rebuild otherwise I prob wasted more time to go out there for a return that prob wouldn't happen via the phone call. Oh they say 30 days warranty but that's bs. If your expecting running engine I wouldn't waste my time. Expect a overprice core if you decided to buy their engine. On a note I know these salvage engine isnt tip top but I was only looking for a decent engine which they say it was good. Even say compression test was good but never provided me with number or actual proves which is why I decided to do a leak down test before I wasted any time with this engine swap. Good thing I did but due to their customer services I will not do business with this company again. They are also moving as well fyi.

Sold me a bad engine. This was at the new location in St. Cloud. Didn't offer to help and pay for any of the mechanic fees that came from installing the bad engine and having it taken out. While talking to the owner another customer was in the shop complaining about a bad part she received from them. Worst company to buy parts from.

Sold a bad engine to me after installing it and taking it back out we shipped the bad engine back and they refused the delivery! Horrible company to deal with. Now I am out the money for the engine, time putting it in and taking it out along with the $273 freight to ship it back.

I order a motor April of 2019 and it was the wrong motor which I informed them of that same day I was told I have to pay for return shipping and will only be refunded the motor amount and here it is a year later no refund and no call back I don’t recommend them AT ALL

I ordered a motor they sent the wrong one they've been telling me for months their going to send the right one but after so much time I just want my money back once they heard that they stopped answering the phone for me won't talk to me nothing now I stuck with the motor
