BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POSSIBLY ILLEGAL. They conceal vin numbers and previous mileage readings on the cars that they are parting out and advertising the incorrect (lower) mileage. They do not provide you with any information before making a purchase in hopes that you do not verify. The owner hung up on me after I politely asked for a vin number and told me to go away and do not call back. Very rude and scandalous! Much better off dealing with somebody else nearby like Phil's Auto Parts. Anybody else is guaranteed to be more honest, pleasant, and straight forward. I've been in the business 20 years and have never found a place to be this unprofessional. Ask for a vin before making any purchase and see for yourself!! Apparently they want you to make a purchase before they will give it to you. I believe that violates state law!I only called twice and never made any accusations and simply asked for the vin # to verify the mileage. You were rude from the very beginning. You need an attitude adjustment and maybe you can learn from this review

Awesome service! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Was given a wrong part twice at an auto part store. They quickly gave me the correct part and even installed it!

After having the starter replaced on my 2009 Jeep Commander 3 times (x3 tows) at another shop Downriver, I finally had it towed here. A day later these guys had it fixed. It wasn’t even the actual starter that was the issue. The other place never took the time to make sure the connection was good so the wire just kept coming loose. I will tell everybody I know to use these guys. They were honest, quick and reasonable.

Called about a couple of parts for my husband's old Cherokee and I was greeted with friendly service and a quick call back about the parts being in stock or not. They were kind enough to double check they had it before I drove out (after having experienced another yard telling me they had, but when I arrived they explained they were mistaken with no call back). I will always check here before going somewhere else. Reasonable pricing and honest/up front about what they offer.

I see my review was removed but they took advantage of an accident I was in when they towed my car and wouldn't give me any of my stuff and wanted to charge me $1200. This happened almost 3 years ago but I still won't forget and ill rub this companies name in the dirt over it.

My sons car was towed to the shop. They diagnosed it without even calling him to tell him the price. They fixed a loose wire and charged him $175. The car was still having issues when they gave it back. I feel they took advantage of him because he was young. I would not recommend going here.
