Tried to pay $180 with a local check and was told cash only. I pointed out the big sign above the register... $30 on returned checks. Then got a receipt without the name of the car's owner or the towing business. When asked to have it put on receipt...the worker kept saying, "Do you WANT the car?" multiple times, louder every time. I was frustrated and told him that it had to go to the insurance company and this receipt doesn't show where it came from. I was in the auto business over 30 years and never treated my customers so rudely.

When I called, granted the shop was closed, the gentleman who answered the phone sounded very rude, I was as polite as I could be. When I asked for a final price, he failed to answer my question. As I was saying' goodbye, have a nice day', I was hung up on.

Whoever answered phone was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't even consider going and getting a junk vehicle near Lake Norden SD.

I called and was very friendly but he was just rude and kept getting mad when I asked questions so he hung up.
