He knew the first truck we looked at wasn’t right for us and we we showed up to sign, he had the most perfect truck waiting for us to look at. Already approved. Once we took a look at the deal, both Wes and Greg were able to walk us through it and ensure our down and our monthly was affordable. Wes even helped watch our kids while we signed the final paperwork. 10/10 recommend!

Ruddells is the only car lot on the peninsula to buy a good car at the right price! Buy brand new and get lifetime oil changes for free with Gas prices going up it's hard enough to keep fuel in little alone oil!

I would like to take a moment to highly commend a particular employee that represents Buick in the service department of Port Angeles, WA- Sophia Lanzi.She is an outstanding employee. My area of expertise absolutely does not encompass SUVs, their mechanical needs, and their inevitable repairs. I lean towards trusting the experts.I have dealt with many service individuals in my 7 years as a Buick owner (a brand I purposely bought based on reputation) and I have not come across an employee that represents the National brand- Buick and the local company that they work for- Ruddell- so professionally and seamlessly.Sophia is fantastic at client interfacing , managing expectations, educating customers to know a worse-case scenario that seems manageable, alleviating client frustration, and cultivating a relationship of trust.I have hired many teams in my career, and she is one that I would seek out to work on my team. This review has been a long time coming- I have worked with Ruddell Buick since I first moved here 2.5 years ago from Mpls.I originally bought a Buick because I love the brand, the quality of product and the commitment to the customer service that Buick is renowned for. I had great service in Mpls where I bought my SUV but it was Ruddell Buick in PA that brought the service to exceptional.Since the 1st day I walked in and met Sophia Lanzi, who not only walked me through a large repair and managed my expectations about what had to be done and the time it would take, but she also became a beacon of knowledge and helping hand in explaining how to get set up as a new resident here in PA. I had many questions that had nothing to do with my Buick and she had all of the answers. Sophia is not only extremely knowledgeable about all things SUVs, the repairs, logistics etc but the advice and guidance she gave to this new resident, a complete stranger, I will forever be thankful. Thank you Sophia for going above and beyond.Fast forward a year later and I was having another issue with my car. The service manager, Doug Gill, stepped in and had my car throughly checked over since my warranty was running out. He and his team went through my engine with a fine tooth come and made sure that the warranty work that needed to be done was done before my time was up. He did all of the footwork, phone work and paperwork with Buick to make sure I was completely taken care of. I can't thank him enough. He was awesome to work with..and as always I worked with a Sophia with all of the logistic of the repair who kept me informed and again .. managed my expectations.This team really took care of me and my experience was one for the books. I was thankful.I have gotten all of my oil changes and small service repairs at Ruddell..and it doesn't matter who I work with -myself and my Buick are always well taken care of.I rest easy knowing I will always be given open, honest, transparent advice with my Buick.A new team member -Suzanne Lyonshas obviously been trained well also...I have been working with her, along side Doug and Sophia with my last issue and it has been a great customer experience again!I am just appreciative.Some say customer service is a lost art...and many companies have turned to a numbers game (just push them through) but with the service team at Ruddell..I know I am a valued client.Thank you!
