The guys who work here are super friendly and helpful. I had my car window smashed While Visiting the area And called up Rudy's at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday , Immediately they answered the phone and confirmed that they had a replacement window for my Jeep, I made it there before 5 But when I went to pay they didn't accept debit only cash and I had forgot to ask them on the phone before I had got there. They said that they would stay late to wait for me to go to the ATM but my phone died so I didnt have gps which caused me to take an hour to return. The man closed up shop for the night Before I was able to get Back. I don't blame him at all, It's a 100% my fault and I'm just grateful that they were willing to stay Open especially on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. I was there to pick up the window and they were super friendly apologized for not being able to sell me the window the evening before, They even let my dog come into the shop well the window is loaded into my car because they understood that my dog would jump out of the car if left unattended. They were just super friendly, Which is quite a relief me being an outsider, I feel like they did not take advantage of me at all. The window only cost 50 bucks and the man who is working offered to install it for me but I declined due to the fact that it was super hot anyway so I was gonna have the window rolled down and I was running late getting backup to my Hometown. Thanks Rudy's!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this shop.

Tried to return a part that wasn't up to par as far as condition. Hose lines were chopped off and a dust seal was cracked and in bad condition. Brought them the receipt within 30 days and they wouldn't accept it. On top of that they told me to "add it to an insurance repair." That's called insurance fraud. Bottom line, I won't be going back to this place for parts and I won't be recommending anyone else to do the same.

I think the receptionist there is very professional and also very polite. I do know that they have changed in staff a couple of times this year but the young lady that is there now is extremely nice and went above and beyond for the part that i went in for. Her name is Maria by the way .
