I needed an new AC condenser for my car, the dealership was going to backorder it and charge me an arm and a leg for service. A friend mentioned Ruggieri auto parts so I went to check it out. When I got there I was set up with Anthony, where they not only had the part but were able to provide the service I needed. Not only did they get my AC pumping for the summer, but it was the best pricing around! I'll be going back here from now on.

Needed a part for my sisters 2013 Honda Accord but was having trouble finding the right air condenser. Thankfully Rich found exactly what I needed in a timely manner and with a fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking to helpful and reliable service.

Rich was easy to work with when I needed a part last week for my car. Pricing was fair and timing was quick. He even accommodated my work schedule by staying open out of his normal business hours.

Without a doubt the worst "auto parts" place i've ever dealt with. Rich, you are a sad excuse for a business owner. What you did to me is disgusting. I asked for brakes and you touched my car and did $500 of work without me asking. You accused me of several false things and my family is embarrassed to ever call you a "friend". I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. Pick n pull is easier than your chaotic behavior and immature stunts you pull. You should be ashamed for how you treated me. I will be making sure no one I know will ever use your "business"DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PART. I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS. I've reported you to the BBB and filed an official complaint that you should be receiving any day in the mail. Absolutely would never buy or suggest to anyone to buy anything from Ruggieri auto parts !!! Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with , the counterperson answered the phone with "I hate my job attitude". waits while I ask about a part then tell me to hold . ten minuets later he comes back again with rudeness asks what I am looking for again so I tell him I found a part in his inventory (hummer tire) and wanting to the tread depth and condition , He then rudely says "I have no idea what condition or depth it has " I asked if he could look and my answer was " ill look when I get a chance and call you back - a day later still nothing . JUST AN ALL AROUND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I WOULD AND WILL AVOID BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST !

Ruggieri's Auto parts Keeps me on the road and selling! Picture this.. Your on the road the road 35,000 miles a year in the field of hard core sales. Guess what, you better be a mechanic too, I am.. Because of Rich, and "Ruggieri's Auto Parts" I'm able to order parts fast, and on time. Rich keeps me on the road.. Horrible Customer Service! !!! I look up the part on their website. They have it. Awesome or so you would think. I drive 45 minutes to come pick it up after calling to confirm they have it. Then he looks up the part while I'm there. It's 54.09 more than what it was listed for. Also he tells me the part number that the website gives is not in the correct format they use to look it up. I already knew this because two other auto salvage yards I use had the same issue. Here's why I have used them in the past and will never go here again. The two other auto salvages offered to give me the part at the online listed price. Ruggieris owner would not honor the price online, and wouldn't even knock $10 dollars off. I tell him I can get the part new for less than $150 but I would have to order and wait for it which I did not want to wait. The owner said other auto salvage yards will charge 150 to 200 for it. Which is a blatant lie because I spoke to three other auto salvage yards and they all were around 100 dollars a little more little less. So after all that I say ok I'll take it. He says well you have to pay for it now and it won't be ready until tomorrow. I said the whole reason I'm agreeing to pay the $150 is so I don't have to drive 45 minutes back today then tomorrow then back again. Just as that's happening the owners son comes in. The owner asks me to explain and show him the problem with the part number and the price discrepancy. Which was pointless because I just waisted my breath. I tell the son it's a distributor, it's 3 bolts and a single 9 pin pop off plug. It will take less than a minute and I even offered to pay full price and do it my self. I've done so much business with the other salvage yards they allow me to do this on occasion and even knock money off for me doing so. The son explains it's his father's shop and his rules so no I cant. I said you can even come with and watch me if you would like. He was to busy stuffing his face with Chinese lo main. This wasn't possible either. He said he could do it but wouldnt. That there was only one mechanic on and he was busy. Even though as I pulled in and walked in the owner was on the phone and said one of his two mechanics just went to lunch. Lunch at 330 when you close at 430. The worst part was as I was leaving I saw the same mechanic who was leaving working on his own suv, as I was pulling out. Like I said worst customer service ever if you want to waist you valuable time and money go to this business and you'll do just that. Trust what the others wrote before me and I should have read their reviews before going and saved an hour and a half of my life I will never get back!!!!!!

I needed a car part for a repair and Ruggieri’s had the part. When I arrived, Anthony was able to get the part removed from the vehicle and I was on my way in no time.I will definitely recommend Ruggieri’s to anyone looking for a car part!
