When I first started the service there were a few hiccups, but customer service was very nice and made it right. Didn't have any problems out of them outside of that. Last place I lived, life was very hectic and on several occasions they walked up to where I kept my trash can and grabbed it when I forgot to set it out. company operates very unprofessionally often accusing the customer for problems caused by their drivers. an added $12 charge due to increased gas prices but no discount for customers when gas prices are lower or for skipped weeks. they pick up trash at varying times and days making it hard to be prepared. they will not return trash cans as previous trash company did before rumpkee took over. ill admit, the recycling truck operates more professionally than the trash trucks. if there is an issue, dont call Findlay office, skip directly to head office customer service as response is much friendlier.

They dumped an entire can on the street and dropped the can and kept driving. And there was 35mph winds that day so when I came home I had to chase it all down. Also, had them only pick up 1 can and not come back to get the other one as they said they would when I called. Extremely unprofessional company do not recommend Service: Junk removal

I wish I could leave a negative number!!! They forgot to get my trash on the day of pick up we are a family of 7 so we have a ton of trash, I called to get it picked up for 4 days I called 12 times and was told someone would be here!!!No one has showed up I was also told a supervisor would call me and no one called I know have cats eating through my garage and it going everywhere and neighbors complaining!!! A week ago I paid for another round of service and they cant even do what I paid them to do!! This was all during thanksgiving as well so I had to take additional trash to a family members house because I had no where to put it!! My whole family seen the mountain of trash outside my house how embarrassing!!! I still have 3 days till my next pick up and I am not holding my breath that it will be taken care of!! This is horrible customer service for a customer that has paid, is never late to pay,and has given you numerous chances to right the wrong you have done!!!

Absolute worst experience with a trash pickup service i have EVER had! Rumpke bought out the company I used to use and I've had nothing but problems ever since. First I received 2 separate bills and one address did not even exist. It took 4 calls to sort that out. Then they decide to not pick up my trash on the usual Thursday, and when called they stated that the pickup day switched to Tuesday but failed to inform me. When I called they said they would speak to a supervisor and have it picked up. They never showed up that day AND they never showed up on that Tuesday. When I called they said that they were delayed by non existent inclement weather. Then I was told that they just flat out missed my pickup when they spoke to their manager. I was then told that they would pick it up in 24 to 48 hours. The trash is piling up at the end of my drive and who knows if they will even show up. I've had to call 8 times and my trash still sits here. I am canceling my service with Rumpke and finding someone that will do the job I pay them to do.Service: Junk removal
